Yes. You can upgrade instantly from your dashboard and the new plan activates immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your data is never deleted.

You will receive an alert before reaching your limit. Existing profiles remain fully accessible — you simply cannot add new crew members until you upgrade. We never lock or delete your data.

An admin seat is a user account that can log in and manage crew records, upload certificates or run reports. Crew members themselves do not need a seat — only HR staff, manning agents or fleet managers who administer the platform.

Yes. Pro includes multi-office and multi-department team management, allowing you to segment crew pools by vessel, region or department with separate admin access levels for each team.

Yearly plans are charged once upfront and give you approximately 20% savings compared to monthly billing. You receive a single invoice valid for the full year, which simplifies accounting for most maritime operators.

You can start on the free Basic plan with no time limit to explore the platform. If you need a guided trial of Standard or Pro features before committing, contact us and we will arrange a 14-day access at no cost.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer with a PO number. Invoices are issued in EUR.

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

You can upload and track any crew document: STCW certificates, medical fitness certificates (ENG1), passports, visas, Flag State endorsements, GMDSS licences, tanker endorsements and any custom document type you define. Expiry alerts are triggered automatically.

Digital Crew IDs provide fast access to a crew member's public profile: the QR code on each ID opens a page showing saved certificates and their current status. Original certified documents remain the legal standard for PSC inspections, but our IDs significantly speed up onboard document checks.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR compliant, data is hosted in EU data centres and we never sell or share personal data with third parties. You retain full ownership and can export or delete data at any time.

Enterprise adds unlimited crew members, unlimited admin seats, a dedicated account manager, custom data migration and onboarding, SLA-backed uptime, optional compliance consulting and the ability to white-label the platform with your company branding.

Yes. Enterprise and Pro customers receive migration support. We accept CSV exports, Excel spreadsheets and can work with data from common maritime HR systems. Our team handles the import and validation so your records are live from day one.
